Shipping & Returns

C-Notegear shipping policy.

We ship your order via U.S.Postal Service for  $4.99 for the first item and $1 additional for each item up to 6.  Your total shipping  for 6 or more items is $9.99 . If you prefer other carriers please indicate your preference via e-mail to service@c-notegear.com. You will be charged at the rate of the carrier you choose.

Shipping via U.S.Postal service is FREE on any order over $75. If you prefer other carriers please indicate your preference via e-mail to service@c-notegear.com. You will be charged the DIFFERENCE between your carriers rate and the U.S.Postal Service rate.

Your order for in-stock item will usually ship within 4-5 business days. Due to production schedules some orders will take longer than 5 days. You will be notified if shipping is beyond the normal 5 business days.

Return policy

C-Note garments are warrantied against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from purchase. If you have ordered the wrong size we will exchange the garment free of charge. You must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. ( No merchandise will be accepted without an RMA #) Ship the unused item to us pre-paid. We will upon inspection and approval ship a replacement to you at no charge.
